This major renovation to a prewar, Park Ave co-op unit struck a fine balance between light-filled, contemporary living and saturated, moody spaces. The effect is a sophisticated and bespoke spatial experience.  The existing three bedroom, three bathroom unit was stripped down to the studs and rebuilt entirely. The detailing and materials used throughout are of the highest quality and built to the highest standard. Each room has a particular uniqueness and was custom-fitted for the client.
