When the developers first approached Dean Works, they had a simple design brief;  they wanted to build studio-size cabins, approximately 600sf, with large windows, simple but luxurious accommodations, and that could be built affordably and adapted to a multi-lot property. We worked closely with the clients and presented several cabin iterations (see below for the three different concepts) that met these requirements and identified design parameters that were key to small-space living.
