While working at Deborah Berke Partners, Brandon served as project architect for NXTHVN, a not-for-profit arts incubator founded by the artist Titus Kaphar in New Haven, Connecticut.   The 40,000-square-foot facility is a mash-up of two former brick factories and a contemporary new addition.  Much of the raw industrial interiors will be preserved while new interventions will enhance the existing character.  When finished, the complex will house art studios, a cafe, work space, workshops, a gallery and a timber framed "great hall" that will host events and performances.
